Here’s a look at the agenda as we build the foundations to bring our joint Interfaith GBV Strategy to Life:

• Mutual interfaith learning: March Is a holy month for at least 4 of our faiths-

• 1^st March is the start of the holy season of Ramadaan, Islam’s month of Fasting;
• 1^st March is also when Baha’is begin their fasting in preparation for the Baha’i New year on the 20^th March;
• 5^th March is Ash Wednesday- the start of Lent, the 6 weeks when Christian fast and prepare for Easter in April,
• 13^th March is when Hindus celebrate the Festival of Colour

 Come and learn about all these diverse Holy Days from people steeped in their traditions, all of which seek to draw us closer to God through their different symbol systems.
